I am working on a F&B startup idea of a Quick Service Restaurant concept centred around different types of Biryanis. Biryanis are basically the most loved food in India and fits best for the Quick Service Concept and has a lot of room for experimentation and customisation to offer variations of recipes. In addition to that Biryanis travel well and are also a best fit for the take way and online order formats. Basically, the idea is to set up a model that is repeatable so that it can be scaled further.

It’s always good to start something new with like-minded individuals, who would bring in different perspectives and idea. Hence, I am looking for a co-founder who is also interested in starting something new in the F&B industry. A co-founder with relevant experience in F&B industry or a passionate cook is most the preferred profile, but is not mandatory. Willingness to learn and an attitude to make it happen is what counts.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead teams
• Co-ordination across different functions
• Vendors scouting, onboarding and management
• Setting up SOPs around
• Help shape the company Mission, Vision and Values further

Skills required:

• Previous leadership experience
• Previous entrepreneurship experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Please note that this is role for a co-founder of a Start-up company. The co-founder for this role is required to also bring in monetary investment, besides being committed to the organization. Monetary investment is required to ensure the skin in the game from both co-founders. Depending on the monetary investment and time commitment, equity split will be agreed upon.

Also, as I am still in ideation stage, I am more than open to work on pivoting the concept in the new direction depending on the market dynamics.
