SafeCloak.in is one of the pioneers in building, installing and operating smart digital luggage lockers in India. SafeCloak has a broad vision of building India’s safest cloakroom by digitising the short-term luggage storage services. We have already installed 15 locker terminals across public and private sectors, with more than 250 boxes offered for storage. We aim to install more than 1000 locker terminals (around 20K boxes) in next five years and to make this vision a reality we are growing our team. Our immediate need is for a one or two experienced Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who will join the team and bring in the energy to drive our locker unit installations.

The main objective of the Sales Executive will be to scout for new locations for installation of digital luggage lockers, explore the feasibility of business model, connect with relevant stakeholders to get a contract in place for getting the deployment done.

As we are a start-up, early joiners to the Sales team will have the opportunity build the team and also define standards and processes that would set us on the path of continued growth.

Below are the key responsibilities and required skills for an ideal Business Development Executive at SafeCloak

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the organization and spread the company/brand objective.
• Prepare a list of prospective locker installation locations.
• Define eligibility criteria.
• Visit the places of interest for locker installations.
• Establish contacts with the relevant management team of the property where the locker will be installed.
• Follow up and close the deal.
• Should meet quarterly sales targets.
• Establish/Curate Sales process.

Skills

• Good communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role with proven results.
• MBA preferred but not a must.
• Can easily understand technology and is proficient with using apps and mobile phones.
• Very Good working knowledge of English is a must.
• At least 2 to 3 Indian languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil) proficiency preferred.
• Should be willing to travel across India (You will be mostly on the road).

This Role will be based in Bengaluru. Preference will be given to the candidates who have a two-wheeler and have required drivers’ license for travel within Bengaluru.

Compensation will be around 3 to 4 lks per annum, plus target-based incentives. Travel expenses outside Bengaluru will be compensated by the company as per the policy.
